Why "Goat"?

Goats have beards. Goats are the greatest of all time. We're working on the second one.

I'm an electrician. Eighteen years of work where the difference between doing it right and doing it fast shows up later, usually at someone else's expense. That's the whole reason this company exists.

I went looking for a beard oil I actually liked and kept finding the same three problems: cheap filler oils padding out the bottle, synthetic fragrance hiding behind the word "parfum," and a price that had nothing to do with what was inside. Sometimes all three at once.

So I made my own. Then I made it better. Then I started selling it.

Goat Beard Co. is seven ingredients, all of them listed in full on the bottle, in order. Cold-pressed carrier oils led by jojoba — the closest botanical match to what your skin already makes. Scent from cedarwood and sandalwood essential oil. Never fragrance oil, no matter how much cheaper it gets.

Every bottle is blended, filled, and labelled by hand in Stouffville, Ontario. When I change the formula, I tell you what changed and why.
