RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase from GOAT Beard Oil.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened products in their original condition.

Due to the nature of personal care products, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or damaged items unless they arrive defective or were shipped in error.

To initiate a return, please contact hello@goatbeardco.com with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to make it right.
